Ooblick recipe:
pure powdered cornstarch (340 g)
water (240 ml)
mixing bowl
plastic ziplock bag
(The ratio to water and cornstarch is approximately half and half. I would start with using a little less then half the water.)

Place water and cornstarch in the bowl and stir. Adjust amounts of water and cornstarch so that the mixture flows slowly. Place the mixture in a bag and refrigerate until needed.

Procedure: Students experiment with the mixture by pouring, applying pressure (quickly, then slowly), and rolling it. Fun videos below.
