Hello! My name is Mrs. Brown and I grew up in Lenexa, KS. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2002 with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. I previously taught in the Ann Arbor area of SE Michigan and in Louisburg, KS. I love being in 5th grade because of the students! They are exploring who they are and discovering what kind of young person they want to become all while expanding their minds to the fullest! 

My Family...

I am married and we are blessed with 3 fabulously fun boys who keep us busy! Our evenings and weekends are filled with soccer, swimming and spending time as a family. We love to have a quiet movie night in, spend time outside and explore new places while on vacation.  



Our Class...

In 5th grade we work hard and have fun while we do it! We will expand our reading skills to become stronger more insightful readers, we will sharpen our math skills taking our knowledge to a new level, and we will interact while exploring science and social studies ideas.
